Keyboard shortcuts not working

Dreamweaver CS4.

Keyboard shortcuts no longer work. ''Ctrl s'' does not save. ''Ctrl o'' will not open. None work. Shotrcuts are working in other applications. I checked progam configuration folder and all files seem to have the date of the origianl installation -- nothing recently updated or changed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found that the problem can be fixed by closing Dreamweaver, deleting the menu cache folder, then restarting Dreamwever.

This is the folder I deleted on Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\Configuration\Menus\Cache
