Seek Bar and Scrubbing for a VOD file

I recently crated an AIR application that loads files from a playlist, all encoded as FLV flies. My problem is that my Seek Bar doesn't move along as the files progress and there's no way to scrub between different times in the videos either.

If someone could let me know how to enable this that would be great.
