Converting to jpeg's?

I edit my raw files,and save them as 16bit tiff's which i send to the printer.

How do I convert my edited tiffs to jpegs' that I want to put on my desktop,or e-mail?

Any help would be appreciated

I believe that is handled by the export tab in Library.
